CLIMBING

Hi it’s a lovely evening today, after so long time finally I got some time to write for my self,

I am happy ? or trying to be ? I am in a such phase of life , where each day is boring not challenging at all, I don’t find my study that exciting, I don’t find good, healthy , studious environment around me , or may be marketing student have different way of studying , but I am not able to adopt that way, I really miss my engineering friend ,its just because we were having so much to share discuss , debate, but here I find MBA is doing copy paste, presenting the data which you un aware of with such confidence as you have written it, and getting praise from faculty for absolutely nothing,

Is that what I want to be, nooooo, not at all ,

People here talk more about other peoples behavior more , and fortunately or unfortunately I am also got into same habit, but I took it as , marketing person should understand behavior of there customer

One funny thing with MBA studies is that no matter how much big mess you are in ,
People have only one answer, You are tomorrow’s manager, how you will solve this situation in organization, some time I wonder why any organization goes into loss or even faces small glitch if they have Mr. . Perfects with them.

What are duties/responsibilities of Ideal MMS/MBA student according to B school ,
· he should have knowledge of current affaire-(he should red economic time Everyday)
· He should study his syllabus i.e 11 subjects.
· He should read all allied books
· He should do all projects/assignments/presentation,.
· Organize event
· Participate in various event
· Seek a job

All this thing and many more in just 3 months,!!!
Ok I will strive hard n will do all this thing , but will this thing make me manager or will it satisfy me.

The answer is no cause what I miss here is support in study , nobody here talks of that ,I feel brain storming what we have learnt should be implemented or atleast virtually implemented.

What makes MBA different from engineering is that there is very less time n focus is given on syllabus. And every subject is basics of different field , which doesn’t create a interest or attract oneself that much.

But positive part is that , MBA will teach you willingly or unwillingly how to manage your time, It will also show you different types of shades that each individual have, and how to force your self to create interest in particular thing and get things done . and it is necessary to be in rite frame of mind always. Prioritizing you task everyday . and many more…….

I am still in a journey, and is said that climbing Everest is more exciting than reaching at its peek. !!!!

After so much of pain , so much of darkness, the light at the end of tunnel is clearly visible , Its new year !!!!!! 1 more chance to start everything again in new n improved way, New resolutions, time to freshening up our mind , and correcting errors of past year .

No , I have no plan to be philosopher , i just want to wish all my friend n well wishers n everybody in the world , a Very Happy new year , spread love as much as u can , n rock the world !!!

We Are Shaken But Not Broken!!! ( Me as a mumbaikar)

Hello Every1!!

Due to my exam I hardly get time to write, sorry for delay.

I am here to write for a cause, as a common mumbaikar. Yes you r rite I m talking about the terror attack!!

This terror attack I would say, an eye opener for everybody, it showed us many colors n aspects.

What I feel is, it’s a failure of democracy, I know this sentence is quite harsh, but if u see the 1^st action what our government took after terror attack was change of our CM, the heads of our government, and that was the prime time when they were need to take some immediate action against terrorism. after attack there focus was on who will occupy the chair rather than , where we actually lacked, n this action actually gave advantage to politician cause responsible CM was no more responsible , new 1 will say I joined just now !!!

I things, we should change our system, n following things that can be done according to me .

• Our leader should be selected by competency and not by vote.
• If any party got higher no of seats in election n if rest want to support them to be a ruling party, once support is given they cant take it back for next 5 year , this will give strong decision power in the hand of ruling party .
• We should form a committee of IITs, IIMs n and IPS officers and restructuring of every government dept. should be done, change will be not only structure wise but also some fundamental facts should be inculcated in them. this is because if company like infosys for profit can train there employee for 6 months why not government train there employee as they are doing much more important work.

But in this entire 1 good thing is happening, India is fighting against Pakistan not physically, but by building international pressure. May I can call it as a Gandhi’s way !!

But it will be effective only when we’ll get some positive result out of it, e.g. declaring Pakistan as terrorist country.

There are many people who lost there life for us, there are many but some of them I will never forget are .

• The announcer at CST station who was announcing about terror attack in CST station even though terrorist was aiming at his cabin
• Policeman Mr. tamboli , he hold the gun of terrorist n allow him to fire only at him so that rest can catch that terrorist alive .
• There was also an old railway policeman who fought with terrorist with his stick

Really salute to all these n many more people who scarified there life for us n country.

B school journy( Just trying my hands on blog writing)

The story starts...
After leaving my hectic job, I joined a B school called Vidyalankar.
Vidyalankar is new B school, with very attractive infrastructure .Our batch is 2nd batch, and they started with MMS program last year.
The reason for tacking such risk was, i lost all the fun in my life during job, no friends around .It was very monotonous job. So i was happy that the ppl around me are gonna change. New friends n above all back to college life.
1st 2-3 month it was really difficult as all u friends know , i m very bad at dealing with strangers , people starts knowing me at the end of the coarse and this is happening from my school days.
Imagine i was surrounded with 60 strangers. Nobody knows me, initially people find me very serious n studious kinda guy, I hate those adjective n people will agree, who knows me, hehehe.
But now, every thing started changing slowly people started understanding me, n everyday is like fun, without which I cant survive. Only problem now is, i m feeling like child which have every toy around him .but he really don’t care about his future ,who want to live presence to the fullest .but as u know ,u cant run from ur responsibilities else they will catch u and make once life miserable (sorry , Main philosophical toh nahie, magar… ) Ok now it’s becoming too serious.
To talk about college, we have good faculty, some I can say best for that particular subject (may be I didn’t saw prof. of other college).only thing that hurts is we have to share our campus with engg college (actually we r sharing there campus), its been 3 month in college now, n up till now it was like sooraj barjatya's film, may be climax yet to come, but sure there will be happy ending.
